I have battled with my weight since graduating High School. I stopped playing sports and the pounds poured on.
I am determined and WILL get back to my High School weight!
I gained 60 pounds in about 9 years. (I was in a horrific car accident and that didn't help with the weight issue.) I would like to feel better about myself and shed these unwanted pounds. I was doing great, lost 10 pounds! Then injured my back and those 10 pounds came right back on... but no more then 10. So I'd like to get back to the GREAT feeling again. My goal date is my 2 year wedding anniversary. I WILL be back to my high school weight my then!

My workout is bad. I want to go walking each night, but by the time I get home from work I do not have the energy. BUT my neighbor has asked me to join her when she walks her dog. (which is a wonderful thing, my dog can use the long walk too and the 2 get along) I was extreamly excited when she asked me to join her, we will be taking our first walk tonight at 5:30!
My eating has been ok. But, I have been very lax on drinking water. I am trying to keep track of the water intake (I have a log) but consistancy is my problem. I have had only 1 bottle today and its 1:15! I'd like to have already had 2-3, idealy. I've done it before, I can definetly drink that much water, I have it in me, but I forget. I have to remember to EAT CONSCIOUSLY! and earlier, I really do not like eatting dinner at 7 or 8 pm, I try to eat by 6. It doesn't always happen but at least I try.
Effort is key! It counts for something for me!
